Terms of purchase and information

Below follows information regarding things that can be good to know and that will help you be confident in your purchases with us.

Ordering

Orders from GoodMedical AB can only be made by persons over 18 years of age.

Order confirmation

An order confirmation is sent to the email provided when making an order.

Prices

Our prices are including VAT and is stated in Swedish crowns. We reserve the right to make typographical errors. Price increases and changes in the range can take place without notice.

Payment

Payment is made through 5 options through Klarna checkout. Invoice, account, partial payment, card (Visa and Mastercard) and Internet banking (Handelsbanken, S|E|B, Nordea and Swedbank). All you have to do in most cases, is just to fill in your email address and zip code to the address you are registered at and then choose the payment method. (Read about Klarna’s conditions. All purchases include free shipping. We send packages with Posten.

Send no advances

We cannot be responsible for, for example, money, checks and stamps sent in letters.

Delivery

We strive to get your items as soon as possible. Your package usually reaches you within 5 working days. If something is restored, an inquiry goes out to you regarding if you want to get everything in one package or if you can consider partial deliveries. 

Uncollected packages are charged in arrears of SEK 300 to cover our expenses.

Guarantees and service

No purchase is completed until you as a customer are completely satisfied. When you shop at GoodMedical, you can always feel safe, thanks to generous guarantees and generous services.

Open purchase/exchange rights

According to the Distance and Home sales act, you have the right to cancel your purchase or change to another product, size or color, where such alternatives exist, within 14 days of receiving the product. This provided that the product is unused and that it is in unbroken original packaging. Fill in the return form as carefully as you can and attach it whith the return shipment.

Refund

As we have Klarna checkout in our web shop, it is also our partner Klarna who handles refunds according to their terms. Klarna: 08-120 120 00. You pay the return shipping yourself and are responsible for the return until we receive it.

Complaint

Call us in case of a complaint: 031-710 44 70. We will of course replace the return shipping and send you a new item free of shipping. Normally, goods are exchanged or Klarna pays back according to their terms after we have received the item.

Personal informatin

We take full responsibility for your personal information not being disclosed to third parties. You can at any time request to have our information about you presented.

Force Majeure 

GoodMedical AB is exempt from penalty for failure to fulfill a certain obligation under this agreement, if the failure is based on a liberating circumstance prevents, complicates or delays the fulfillment. Relieving circumstances include measures or omissions from the authorities, new or changes legislation, conflict in the labour market, floods, sabotage or accidents of a larger extent. 

Force majeure includes government decisions that affect the market and products negatively, such as decisions on warning texts, sales bans, etc. or an abnormal decline in the market.
